]]>You see for many, an orchestrated brand is far, far, far more appealing than being your authentic self. Asking many of us Brits to be authentic is like asking us to strip bare and tie ourselves to the railings of Buckingham Palace. Gosh no, a perfectly executed personal brand with nice neat little steps to completion is right up our street. The ultimate is a beautifully decorated sheet of steel with beautiful blush peonies to hide behind. Anything where one can retain their stiff upper lip and be perfectly blooming boring and we're sold.
"Crest has a brand. Perrier has a brand. People are not that simple. When we are packaged, we’re ineffective and inauthentic."

You are not a lipstick or a pair of jeans, my lovelies, you are a living and breathing human being with your 'unique brand' already tucked away inside of you. Speak soon my lovelies and remember to keep it badass.

]]>In this era of information overload, it is no secret that sharing your story is the way to cut through the noise. In knowing this, there are also those who have tried to 'cover up' their authentic self and tweak the truth a little. I have been to a number of events where people have reeled off a story where I just haven't 'felt it.' This is because the body moves before your words. You just can't fake it. There is just too much going on a subliminal level.
Anyway, check out the vid for some hot tips on inspiring and engaging your audience as well as making your story just darn interesting.
