How does it work?

When you buy one of our subscriptions you will receive on a monthly basis a box containing six items. The contents of the candle/diffusers and tea are different each month so that way you will be able to experience a wider variety of items. This is perfect for broadening your knowledge and for trying out new types of essential oil fragrances and teas.

Each Box Comprises of:

  • 170 ml essential oil candle or 50ml eco-friendly essential oil with rattan sticks (diffusers available in the UK only).
  • 15g Herbal Tea Tub
  • 7 x Unbleached Tea Bags
  • 3 x A6 Affirmation Cards
  • 1 X Linen Carry Bag
  • 1x Card Stand (first box only)

How much does it cost?

One-off purchases are £34 plus £2.95 delivery, three months subscriptions start at £90 and nine months £174. This cost varies depending on length. The price for three-months and nine months includes free delivery within the UK.

How do I pay for my subscription?

When you buy one of our three or nine months subscription plans you will be billed immediately for the three or nine months depending on subscription length. This is not a recurring payment. Your subscription will not be renewed after that and will end automatically at end of the subscription plan term. You are of course free to purchase another subscription.

Payment methods we currently accept are: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. 

When will I get my Soulful Living Box?

We aim to dispatch your first box as soon as possible after you first subscribe. If you subscribe before the 15th of any month, that month’s box will be dispatched on the 15th of that month. If you subscribe after the 15th of any month, that month’s box will be dispatched immediately, normally within 1-2 working days. All subsequent boxes are sent out around the 15th of every month.

For example, if you subscribe on the 5th of March, your first subscription box will be dispatched on the 15th of March, with subsequent box sent out on the 15th of April. If you subscribe on the 25th of March, your first box will be dispatched 25-27th March, with subsequent box sent out on the 15th of April.

Please allow 2-3 days for delivery within the UK and 5-10 working days for addresses outside the UK.

Do you offer gift subscriptions?

You can buy a gift subscription at any time. You can choose to have the subscription sent directly to the person you are gifting it to by specifying their shipping address during checkout. You can also add a gift message in the notes section that we will include with their first box.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes, we do. However, we do not ship diffusers outside of the UK. Please select the candle option. You will be charged an additional shipping fee at checkout for international delivery depending on destination. For subscriptions we currently charge £15 delivery in total for our European and US zone and £20 in total delivery for our international zone.

Delivery outside the UK takes around 5-10 working days. The tea is supplied in sealed pouches so will not be affected by long transit.

Please check with your local authorities whether importing of tea for personal consumption is permitted in your country, as we cannot be held responsible for any non-deliveries due to actions of your country’s customs.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to perishable nature of tea aspect in the box unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds if the tea tubs have been opened. If you have changed your mind and have not yet opened the tea tubs, please return your tea box to us and we will arrange for a refund.
