The PULSE Manifesto
"It took Artificial Intelligence to explain my entire life. Not because AI explained me. Because AI explained everyone else." - Ingrid
"For most of my life, I couldn't understand why I had such extreme reactions from people.
Some people experienced me as deeply peaceful.
Others seemed strangely triggered by exactly the same qualities.
I couldn't find the pattern.
I spent years trying to understand it.
Psychology.
Leadership.
Creativity.
Spirituality
Personal development.
None of it quite explained what I was seeing.
Then, unexpectedly, artificial intelligence gave me the answer.
Not because AI explained me.
Because AI explained everyone else.
AI works by identifying patterns.
It learns the common code.
The common language.
The common behaviours.
The common responses.
And suddenly I realised something.
Much of human society operates in exactly the same way.
We inherit an unwritten social script.
How to behave.
How to fit in.
How to gain approval.
How to manage impressions.
How to find our place in the hierarchy.
How to avoid standing out.
Most people learn that script so early they don't even know they're running it.
The thing I finally realised is that I never learned it.
I didn't know I was supposed to shrink myself to become acceptable. I didn't know that was something people did. I didn't know it was a thing.
You see, growing up, my mother's Saturday kitchen table was surrounded by aunts and uncles, blood and chosen. Everyone was different. Everyone belonged. One table. One PULSE.
Therefore I thought everyone was simply being themselves.
And through AI, my life suddenly made sense.
The people exhausted by the script often experience me as relief.
The people heavily invested in the script can sometimes experience me as disruption.
Not because either side is right or wrong.
But because I remind them that another way of being exists.
As I dug deeper, I realised this wasn't just my experience.
Some cultures have built entire societies around a similar principle.
Scandinavian countries tend to operate from a flatter horizon: different roles, same human worth.
Less energy spent defending status.
More energy available for trust, creativity and life itself.
And this matters because we're entering an age where AI can replicate the script extraordinarily well.
It can reproduce patterns.
Predict behaviours.
Generate conventional answers.
Follow the code.
What it cannot replicate is your aliveness.
Your intuition.
Your originality.
Your humanity.
Your unfiltered way of seeing.
For me, there is also something deeper underneath all of this.
Call it spirit.
Call it life force.
Call it creativity.
Call it the universe expressing itself through a human being.
Whatever language you prefer, I have this much energy, can often see what others miss, can walk into any room with social weightlessness and feel this alive because I'm connected to that place rather than performing for approval.
And that's why I created The PULSE.
Not to help people become somebody else.
To help them stop abandoning who they already are.
Because in a world increasingly built on code, your greatest advantage may be the one thing that has never been programmable:
Your un-scripted self.
Leave the script.
Return to yourself."
