Melanie's story

In the summer of 2019, Melanie Branch knew she needed to change her outlook on life because her anxiety and depression had really taken over. Negativity was ruling her thoughts and actions and she knew there had to be something she could do to change that.

She decided to start living in gratitude instead of negativity. She started truly focusing on the beauty and abundance all around her, and stopped complaining. She re-wired her brain to think in positive terms instead of negative ones. Since then her whole world transformed. She started focusing on herself and her spiritual journey, putting herself first and therefore no longer getting burned out trying to be the perfect mom or wife or friend etc.

Now she is an energy healer and lightworker who believes she was put on this earth to help people raise their vibrations to live their best life. She specialises in mindset coaching to help change your outlook and transform your world. She teaches how to live in gratitude, set boundaries and put yourself first, and rediscover the power you had inside you all along.

Broadcaster and Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Ingrid Marsh, aka, The Soul Babe got her groove back by changing her health and life at age fifty. She hit a major slump mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically and was diagnosed with arthritis in her knee.
